A PSYCH-K® session is for someone who wishes to make a difference in their life by working on achieving personal goals and freeing the mind from limiting beliefs. It is an interactive method that is quick and safe for all. The gift of PSYCH-K® empowers ourselves to make the changes within by transforming limiting programs to ones that encourage and support our life's journey.
On a subconscious level we hold onto old programs that limit ourselves from living our fullest potential. The negative belief patterns we have often times distorts our perception of life and creates inner stress. With PSYCH-K® we have access within ourselves to recreate these belief systems using PSYCH-K® Balances, a process that uses both right and left brain hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. These balances make it possible to rewire the mind to beliefs that we want to have.
What does a PSYCH-K® session look like?
Step 1: Identifying what you want. We discuss what it is you desire to change in your life. Then, we muscle test to communicate with your subconscious mind to detect presence or absence of stress held in the body when you make a statement in connection to your desire. If it tests weak, then most likely a limiting belief is holding you back and we continue to step 2.
Examples of limiting beliefs may include:
- I'm not good enough
- I don't deserve love
- I am not safe
- I am damaged
- I am worthless
- I don't have enough
Step 2: Creating a new belief. Together, we work to reframe these beliefs to appropriate goal statements. Through muscle testing, your subconscious mind will indicate if the newly created goal statement is safe and appropriate for you.
Examples of new beliefs may include:
- I'm good enough
- I deserve love
- I am safe
- I am recovering
- I am valuable
- I have abundance
- And countless more!
Step 3: Establishing communication. A "whole-brained" state will be used to awaken and integrate information from both sides of the brain.
Step 4: Facilitation. Within a matter of minutes, PSYCH-K® Balances facilitate the change at the cellular level, making it possible to install the newly created belief statement.
Step 5: Celebrate! After the guided processes, each new belief becomes a part of you. Your life begins to align with the reality you desire when you continue feeding these new integrated beliefs with positive thoughts and actions.
