A PSYCH-K® session is for someone who wishes to make a difference in their life by working on achieving personal goals and freeing the mind from limiting beliefs. It is an interactive method that is fast, effective, and safe for all.
At a subconscious level we can hold onto old programs that limit ourselves from living a more fulfilling life. The negative belief patterns we have often times distorts our perception of life and creates stress within. What does a PSYCH-K® session look like?
Step 1: Identifying what you want. You begin by defining a situation (a problem) that is currently limiting you. Together we identify how you would like to experience your life instead. Then, we muscle test to communicate with your subconscious mind to detect presence or absence of stress held in the body when you make a statement in connection to your desire. If it tests weak, then most likely a limiting belief, such as, "I'm not good enough", is holding you back and we continue to step 2.
Step 2: Creating a new belief. Together, we work to reframe these beliefs to goal statements that are most meaningful and impactful to you. Through muscle testing, your subconscious mind will indicate if the newly created goal statement is safe and appropriate for you to balance.
Simple, but powerful, core belief statements may look like these:
- I'm good enough
- I deserve love
- I am safe
- I am recovering
- I am valuable
- I have abundance
- And countless more!
Step 3: Establishing communication. Using a unique combination of steps establishes a "whole-brained" state to awaken and integrate information from both sides of the brain.
Step 4: Facilitation. Within a matter of minutes, PSYCH-K® Balances begin to facilitate the change at the cellular level, making it possible to install the newly created belief statement.
